AA Euro Healthcare are welcoming newly qualified and permanent Healthcare Support Workers and recent graduates to work with our client`s residential services, an intellectual disability/autism service located in Maynooth Co. Kildare.
Applicants must have full, clean manual driving licence. The successful candidate will be expected to work across Monday to Sunday roster and will be expected to attend monthly meetings and training additional to this.
Requirements:
- FETAC level 5 Qualification in Healthcare/Social Care
- A full, clean manual drivers licence
- Report writing and administration skills
- Experience of case management
- Flexible to work shift patterns
- A thorough understanding of HIQA
- Excellent communication & engagement skills
- Experience of supporting individuals with a diagnosis of ASD
Successful candidates will also be eligible for additional premium payments for weekend and overnight support
