AAEuro Healthcare are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM 1) on behalf of our client in the Dublin City area. The service provides assistance to homeless adults in their residential services.

Residential Services (35 hrs per week)

Requirements for this role include:

  • 1 Year of management experience
  • 1 Year of experience in report writing and data analysis
  • NMBI Registered

Some duties of this role may include:

  • Being responsible for the co-ordination, assessment, planning, implementation and review of care for service users according to service standards.
  • Provide safe, comprehensive nursing care to service users within the guidelines laid out by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
  • Assist in observing and ensuring implementation and adherence to established policies and procedures e.g. health and safety, infection control, storage and use of controlled drugs etc.
  • Analysis of the data available on Salesforce and Socrates

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent time management / enabling to balance a varied workload and to prioritise.
  • Excellent team skills
