Relief Nurses (RGN) needed in UK for private hospitals and care homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation
- Adhere to all safety protocols and infection control measures
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and best practices in nursing
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license UK PIN (RGN)
- Bachelor`s degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Proven experience in providing patient care, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
