About the Role
Relief Social Care Workers provide essential support in community-based residential and day service settings, promoting independence, dignity, and person-centred care.
Shift patterns may include day shifts, night shifts, and sleepovers, offering flexibility to suit your availability.
Requirements
- Degree in Social Care, Psychology, Nursing, or related field (QQI Level 7 or higher).
- Registration (or in the process of registering) with CORU as a Social Care Worker.
- Previous experience in disability services, healthcare, or caregiving (preferred).
- Sound knowledge of the Health Act 2007, HIQA regulations, GDPR, and infection control procedures.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to undergo Garda Vetting and provide two employer references.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland (sponsorship not available).
