About the Role
The successful candidate will play an important role in delivering person-centred care, assisting service users with daily living, and contributing to care plans as a keyworker. You will promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing in line with best practice standards and regulatory requirements.
This is a permanent role based on the HSE Social Care Worker salary scale.
Requirements
- QQI Level 7 (or higher) qualification in Social Care.
- Registration (or in process of registering) with CORU.
- Previous experience in disability, healthcare, or social care services (preferred).
- Knowledge of the Health Act 2007, HIQA regulations, GDPR, and infection control.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and committed to supporting service users quality of life.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland (no sponsorship available).
