We are recruiting dedicated, experienced (Relief)Social Care Workers and Social Care Assistantsbehalf of our well established clients inTown and surrounding areas.would be working in residential settings specifically focused onDisability services.
Requirements:
Healthcare qualification Level 5 or Social Care qualification or similar – Minimum. Level 7
Minimum 6 months experience working with adults with challenging behaviour
CPI experience
Eligible to work in Ireland (only candidates with a current work visa will be considered)
Your main responsibilities will include:
To facilitate and implement a person-centered approach for Clients appropriate to their wishes and goals
To promote and protect the rights of people in a manner that respects their dignity, their right to make choices and their privacy
To ensure the overall wellbeing of clients in all areas of their lives including health and personal care
To assist in the teaching of life skills
