What You`ll Do
- Provide person-centred care and support with activities of daily living
- Promote service users` dignity, independence and wellbeing
- Assist with mobility and personal care
- Observe and report changes in service users` needs or condition
- Maintain accurate documentation and care records
- Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Follow HSE policies, HIQA standards, safeguarding and infection prevention and control procedures
Essential Requirements
- Full QQI Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support, Nursing Studies, Health Service Skills or Community Health Services
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland
- Garda Vetting or willingness to complete the vetting process
- Three satisfactory employment references
- Current Manual Handling and CPR/First Aid certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and public holidays
- Full driving licence is desirable
