AA Euro Healthcare is currently recruiting Social Care Workers for agency opportunities across Co. Wicklow.
We are looking for qualified Social Care Workers with CORU registration who can offer good weekly availability and are interested in flexible agency work within disability and social care services.
Essential Requirements
- Current CORU registration as a Social Care Worker
- A recognised Social Care qualification
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland
- Garda Vetting or willingness to complete the vetting process
- Satisfactory employment references
- Required mandatory training/compliance documentation
- Strong communication and person-centred care skills
- Good weekly availability and flexibility to cover shifts
- Full driving licence is desirable and may be required for some services
The Role
- Provide person-centred support to service users
- Promote independence, choice, dignity and community participation
- Support individual care and support plans
- Assist service users with daily living and social activities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and multidisciplinary teams
- Follow safeguarding, HIQA and organisational policies and procedures
Please note: Applicants who are not currently CORU registered as a Social Care Worker cannot be considered for these Social Care Worker positions.
