AA Euro Healthcare is currently recruiting experienced and dedicated Relief Support Workers to join our clients based in Leitrim and surrounding areas. Our services support individuals with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities in residential settings.
The individuals we support may present with behaviours that challenge, so we are seeking candidates who are experienced, confident, and comfortable working in a challenging environment.
Requirements
- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare (minimum of 8 modules completed or currently enrolled)
- Experience working with individuals with Intellectual Disabilities
- Experience supporting individuals who present with challenging behaviours.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional approach to work
- Flexible, proactive, resilient, and enthusiastic approach to learn.
- Permission to work in Ireland
