AA Euro Healthcare is currently recruiting Relief Catering Assistants to support our HSE clients based in Tralee.
This is an agency role, offering flexible shifts within a healthcare environment. The successful candidate will assist with food preparation, service, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in line with HSE and food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and serving of meals to patients, residents, and staff
- Ensure food is presented and served in accordance with dietary requirements
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food service areas
- Follow HACCP and food safety procedures at all times
- Assist with kitchen cleaning duties and waste management
- Work effectively as part of the catering team
Requirements
- Previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment (healthcare setting desirable)
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work varied shifts
- Eligibility to work in Ireland
