AA Euro Healthcare is recruiting Agency Catering Assistants to support our HSE client in Tralee.
This flexible agency role involves assisting with food preparation, service, and maintaining hygiene standards within a healthcare setting, in line with HACCP and HSE guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation, portioning, and serving of meals
- Ensure food is handled and stored in line with HACCP standards
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and service areas
- Support cleaning duties, including equipment and work surfaces
- Follow all health, safety, and infection control procedures
- Work effectively as part of the catering team
Requirements
- Previous experience in a catering or kitchen environment
- Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Eligible to work in Ireland
