AA Euro Healthcare is currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) for relief and ongoing agency opportunities across Cork City and surrounding suburbs.
Whether you`ve recently completed your QQI Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare or are an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking for more flexibility, we have opportunities to help you gain valuable experience across healthcare, disability and residential care services.

Essential Requirements
- Full QQI Level 5 Major Award (8 modules/120 credits) in one of the following; Healthcare Support, Full QQI Level 5 Major Award (8 modules/120 credits) in Healthcare Support, Nursing Studies, Health Service Skills, Community Health Services or an accepted equivalent qualification.
- Good weekly availability and flexibility to work agency shifts.
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland.
- Garda Vetting or willingness to complete the vetting process.
- Three satisfactory employment references or statements of employment.
- Current Manual Handling and CPR/First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring, reliable and professional approach to supporting others.
- Full driving licence is desirable, particularly for services with limited public transport.
As these are relief/agency positions, hours are based on client requirements and are not guaranteed. We are therefore looking for candidates who can provide regular weekly availability and flexibility.
Employment permit sponsorship is not available for these positions. Applicants must already have the appropriate permission to work in Ireland.
