AA Euro Healthcare is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to join a professional care team supporting vulnerable young people and adults in residential and community settings.

Key Responsibilities
- Support service users with daily living activities and personal development
- Promote independence, dignity, and person-centred care
- Assist with personal care where required
- Build positive relationships and provide emotional support
- Follow individual care plans and behavioural support strategies
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and handovers
- Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and company policies are followed
Requirements
- QQI Level 5 in Healthcare / Social Care / SNA or equivalent
- Previous experience in social care, disability services, or residential settings desirable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, nights, and sleepovers
- Full clean driving licence desirable
- Garda Vetting required
- MAPA / CPI / PMAV training an advantage
